There are a lot of health teachers, gurus, writers and instructors out there. While I am interested in what almost all of them like to say, I am particularly excited when I see individuals that look naturally healthier and younger than the vast majority of their peers. Therefore this post is a compilation of advice from and pictures of people who have managed to not give in to their years and to maintain a youthful, healthy and radiant appearance.
1. Annette Larkins, age 72
This incredible woman is a raw foodist who grows much of what she eats herself. She helps others follow her footsteps with her writing and videos. At the age of 72 she look 20 (or more) years younger.
2. Zhang Tingxuan, age 41
Zhang’s diet consists largely of fresh fruit, and she never misses out on her exercise. In fact she spends several hours a day at the gym, maintaining her figure despite being a mother of two.
3. Mizutani Masako, age 43
This beautiful woman is a homemaker that spends several hours a day taking care of her skin. She particularly emphasizes the importance of drinking lots of water.
4. Jung Da-yeon, age 46
A mom of two who used to weigh 70 kilos until one day in 2003 she was inspired to get back into shape and started working out at the gym and eating a balanced diet.
5. Storm Talifero, age 64
A raw vegan for over 40 years, this is one man that definitely looks younger than his years.
6. Roger Haeske, 47
A spiritual raw foodist that emphasises the importance of eating lots of greens and maintaining a natural lifestyle.
You might notice that what a lot of the above people have in common except for looking younger, is the desire and ability to take time out of their day to take care of themselves, eat healthy, workout, and perhaps most importantly, maintain a mindset of vitality and clean living.
